In a time where the social media world feels oversaturated, I cannot promise that I will share anything inherently new, I can only promise you that what is shared on this blog will be my authentic perspective. About Katie:

Hi, I’m Katie, and I am a person who wonders! I am from Massachusetts, although recently moved to North Carolina after graduating with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I am starting this newsletter to honor my creative side, something that I have previously let slip through the cracks while I pursued higher education. Something I will not let happen again.

I have always had an appreciation for beauty and excellence, starting from a young age. I began my journey with watercolor painting, eventually moving to body painting (IG:Doseofdynamic), which led me on some wonderful adventures. Lately I have switched lanes again, creating macrame and other fiber arts, as well as writing and reading with fervor. Now I want to find a way to blend my love for the creative with my love for wellness & physical therapy, and this newsletter will have a little bit of everything! Many social media platforms want everyone to stick to one lane, and have a well defined brand. You may not find that here, but I hope you can find connection and a feeling of community none the less.

On top of my commitment to the creative, I am also extremely passionate about human rights and creating an inclusive space, safe for all. While the topics here will have a broad range, this aspect of my postings will always remain true.
